Objective
The objective of this task is to create the trim indicators for all 3 trim axises. It should interface with a PC via USB using a PIC18F4550 microcontroller. In turn the USB data should be interfaced with Flight Simulator using SimConnect.

Construction
The construction are done in several parts:
- Main USB Controller Board;
- 3 R/C Servos with plastic indicators;
- Mountable casing
Main USB Controller Board
The USB controller is a PICReady board modified to work with USB. It uses a PIC18F4550 to interface with USB and with the 3x r/c servos. MikroElektonika PICReady board
R/C Servos with plastic indicators
1. Three radio control servos is required for the trim indicators. Go for the small servos because of size restrictions. Below is a photo of the 3 x 8 gram r/c servos used to drive the trim indicators. You should be able to buy them from any r/c hobby shops.

Mountable Casing
The case was made out of Aluminium on a CNC mill. The photo shows the 3 servos mounted in place. Aluminium Case
