Objective
The objective of this task is to create a Secondary Flight Display (SFD) program. Overview
The SFD can be used for many functions. Below is an example of a few of the possibilities of the SFD:
It includes but are not limited to:
- FSX Navlog
- EFB Map
- Scanned Maps
- Approach Plates
- PFD in case the PFD screen fails
- EICAS in case the EICAS screen fails
- Checklists
- Airplane Manuals
- And many more...
Construction
The development are done in several parts:
- Develop a container program that is able to view the EICAS or PFD as a 'backup';
- Overlay an Electronic Flight Bag Program by FSWidgets.
